Rocky has been active in Aboriginal business development for over 25 years. He has been with AIIC since 1993 and now oversees all aspects of AIIC’s corporate interests.
Cassandra Loon
Operations Manager
Cassandra has rejoined the AIIC team after building her professional experience in entrepreneurship, developmental lending and First Nation leadership. Previously in 2014, Cassandra was the Business Services Officer for AIIC and in her role now she oversees operations.
D. Brian Soucie
ABFP-SEAP Manager
D. Brian Soucie is a graduate from the University of Alberta in Edmonton in education and has an accounting diploma from NAIT. Brian has been active in Aboriginal business development and providing financial and advisory services for over 18 years.
Stephan Pertschy
Business Loans Manager
Stephan Pertschy attended business school at the University of Alberta in Edmonton and has Inuvialuit heritage from the Western Arctic. Stephan has worked closely with many First Nations clients providing financial and advisory services for over a decade with work assignments in Edmonton, Winnipeg and across Atlantic Canada.
